Martha Rosa Macías
With over 19 years of service in the Bachman Lake community, Martha Rosa Macías has built strong, lasting relationships while supporting and empowering Hispanic families. Her work connects families with critical educational and social resources across life stages—reflecting her deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and community well-being.
Originally from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, Martha graduated from the Benemérita y Centenaria Escuela Normal del Estado with a teaching degree in Primary Education and a specialization in Preschool. Guided by strong educational values, she embraces every new challenge with professionalism, compassion, and a lifelong dedication to learning.
Since arriving in the U.S., Martha has served as a parent educator in several family support programs. In 2012, she began working in Montessori-based parent education, blending her cultural understanding with innovative teaching approaches. Building trusting, friendly relationships with families has been a hallmark of her work.
In addition, Martha brings experience from the corporate world, having worked in sales at Home Interiors & Gifts, where she gained strong administrative and organizational skills. She now blends these with her educational background to serve her community.
Grateful to God for every opportunity, Martha is proud to be part of the Bachman Lake Together team and looks forward to continuing her journey of service and growth alongside the families she supports.
