All rooms come with the following amenities: 

• Furniture that can be arranged to your preference (tables and chairs)  

• TV monitor with HDMI cable for easy plug-and-play connectivity  

• Accessible outlets throughout the room

• Payment: Payments are due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date. 

• Alcohol: No alcohol is permitted onsite. 

• Cleaning: The meeting space must be left clean and set up as it was found. A cleaning fee of $200 may apply if the space is left in a different condition. 

• Food & Drink: Offsite food and drinks are allowed. 

• Cooking: No cooking is allowed onsite, including the use of electronic crockpots, microwaves, etc. Flames or smoked grills are also prohibited. 

• Insurance: Depending on the event type and the number of attendees, space renters may be required to provide general liability insurance to use the facility. 

• Overtime Charges: Rooms not vacated by the time indicated on the rental agreement are subject to additional overtime charges, starting at $150 per hour. 

• Decorations: Prior approval is required for any decorations affixed to the walls, furniture, or lighting. 

• Credit Card: Space renters may be required to provide a valid credit card on file to cover potential damages. 

• Event Supplies: Renters are responsible for providing any supplies or equipment needed for their event. Bachman Lake Together will not accept any event deliveries. 

• Cancellation Policy:  

• 30 days or more notice: No cancellation fee 

• 15 to 30 day’s notice: 50% of the space rental fee is refundable 

• Less than 7 day’s notice: No refund 

• No Show: Full charge of space rental fee 

• Event Cancellation: Bachman Lake Together reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for any reason.  description

To request space, please complete the application form below. A staff member will reach out to confirm availability. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee the reservation. Once availability is confirmed, we will follow up with a room rental agreement and an invoice for the booking.

Do I have to pay extra to use the TV monitor or AV equipment?

No, the use of the TV monitor and AV equipment is included in your space rental. 

Can I visit the Bachman Lake Together Family Center before booking?

Yes, you can schedule a site visit to tour the space before making a reservation. 

Can I bring alcohol to the event?

No, alcohol is not permitted onsite.
