About the event
Volunteers will go canvassing in the Bachman Lake community and talk to caregivers about the value of PreK, preparing documentation for registration and encourage them to attend the BLT Registration Event on April 26th, 2025!
What will volunteers do?
On the day of Canvassing- April 22nd, Volunteers will arrive at 9:00am at the Bachman Lake Family Center and will be given instructions and be put into groups.
Once split into groups, you will receive a map where you will be zoned.
Canvassing will be from 10am-11:30am
Volunteers will go back to the Family Center at 11:30am for a quick debrief and lunch that will be provided.
What will volunteers need to bring or wear?
Bring water bottles, sneakers, work-out clothes, sun screen, hats, sunglasses
